Christmas Wish Granted Need Suggestions

The new engine has been approved by Mrs. Claus - since I am new to mopars (only in purchase - been waiting for a year and a half) I need suggestions on an engine build.

I found this on ebay and have spoken to the owner but I am sorta unexperienced and unedumacated and engines.

If you like this engine or have suggestions for the build please respond or email me.  I need a moderate cam for a/c compatibility, 4 speed conversion, and 440 6pak

i still dont know if I would trust those places on ebay for buying an engine from them. Id much rather have a local shop build it. well, myself I would build it but thats because i've been doing them for quite awhile.
Check around and see how much you can buy a core motor for from a local guy, then see what a good quality local engine shop will charge to rebuild it.
