Ignition switch light problem?
« on: February 27, 2006 - 11:12:21 AM »
The green LED light at my ignition switch never goes off. Is it functioning properly? If I leave my battery connected during the winter, its guarenteed to be dead after a month of so. I am sure partially due to this light.

NO, it is supposed to be on a time delay along with another one up above the switch pannel for the lights and wipers. It should stay on about 20 sec after the dome light is turned off.

We're talking about the small round cylindrical unit with the 3 prongs?  I found them at my local Mopar dealer for about $6ea if I remember correctly.
