Any good books out there on paint and body work?
« on: December 20, 2005 - 02:39:53 PM »
Hello,

I am looking for a good book detailing  modern products and procedures on doing body work and paint work.

I could do a "driver" with what I know now but I would like to learn a little more without having to take a class at the local tech school.

Just looking for a good "How-to" book.

Thanks!

I can't help you, but I want to say I like your enthusiasm.  I wish I knew more about body work. What I know is it is tougher than I ever figured.  :grinyes: I'm glad you want to learn while you are young, instead of older like me.  :banghead:

as far as "  modern " goes  buying replacement panels is the way to go.  repairing old sheet metal is just too  time consuming & requires
lots of patience.
