Reproduction "Louvered" rocker panels?
« on: December 20, 2005 - 02:43:39 PM »
Just wondering if anyone makes reproduction louvered rocker panel trim pieces... Metal...not fiberglass

I've seen these on ebay

They look OK but I am just wondering if there are any other options out there...

Thanks!

Metal ones?  hmmm.

Aren't the originals fiberglass or abs?  The ones on my 70 Cuda clone are... I think the ones that Josh's Muscle Car Parts sells on eSlay are supposed to be good repros, and those are fiberglass or abs or something....

Sweet... I learn something new every day. I guess the ones on ebay are ABS.

Thanks for letting me know!

The ones one bay are plastic like the originals and I have bought a set for my 70 Cuda from Josh's Muscle car parts. The only problem I see with them is the color is a little lighter than they were from the factory and the gull part of the rocker molding is not blacked out also like when the Cuda's came form the factory other than that they are a pretty good reproduction.
