440 6- pak engine color

Getting ready to paint a 440 6-pack block. It is date coded Nov. 69 so I assume that it is for a 70' model year. Is there a correct color in spray paint? I need to know brand and color. Thanks in advance!   MK

Chrysler orange. You should be able to get it at your automotive store or the can order it for you. That's the color we painted my 70 sixpack engine this year. It's not as brite as chevy orange but is correct for the year. 3 spray cans should do you.

arent there 2 different shades of the orange offered? street hemi orange & race hemi orange? If I remember  right you want the street hemi orange.
