I saw a strange tag today

If you look at the far right of this pic you can see there was no paint under my tags. Mine were painted in place, is this an oddball one?

I can see where there was no paint around the center screw hole but more paint around the edges towards the outer screws. This is correct / normal for your car.

Cool, I thought that maybe there would be more paint under there. I guess they were not that interested in good coverage. You can see this by the front of the door by the hinges.
