witch intake is the best to use on a 318
witch cam should I use with it

It depends on what else has been done to the motor, what gearbox/stall converter and diff gears you are running and what you plan on doing with it.

For a 318 though I personally wouldn't go anything bigger than a RPM. I would even consider using the old Performer.

If your paying someone to make the changes for you, the costs involved might not be much less than buying a second hand 340/360.

everything is standard now.
