I was at a paint store today to look at the color chips and compare B 5 blue to "Petty Blue".
They had chips of B 5 blue for 1969, 1970 and 1971.
It looked like the shade differed as the years progressed. (got slightly darker).
The closest color I could see that looked like "Petty Blue"
is a 1972 called "Super Blue" B 3.
My question is: Does anyone know if the 1972 B 3 the same as "Petty Blue"
I also looked at them on the internet at the auto color library, but look completely different when you see them in the books at the paint store!
