Slap Stik bracket
« on: May 21, 2006 - 02:17:02 PM »
I am looking for the bracket that mounts to the trans and holds the rod that extends through the floor . I have attached a picture below.
I broke one bolt and the other had been cross threaded so I would like to find a new one or if someone has a bracket in good shape please PM me.
I borrowed the pic from one of NZ440RT's earlier post, Thanks Carl

I see those on E-Bay all the time. That bastid bracket caused me all kinds of trouble trying to calibrate my speedo. I had to remove it a few times to get to my the speedo gear in the tranny. The good news is, I don't have to do that anymore!!!   :bananasmi

EDIT: I found this auction, but I think you might find cheaper if you keep looking.

I have a few so I could sell you one real cheap, but you should be able to fix the one you have like bullitt says. :iagree:
