Cut-out dims. on rear valance for Challenger

I'm trying to save money where I can and would like to know the dimensions of the rear valance with the exhaust cut outs for a Challenger.  Particularly, how far over, how wide, how deep so I can replicate that on a non-cut out rear valance.  Thanks.

They are not just cut out but have a lip bent over around the edge of the cutout which would be hard to duplicate unless you are really talented working with metal.I understand saving a few bucks but it might look kinda cheasy if not done right.
