Can I replace 72 CUDA fenders with a 70 Cuda? Do they fit? Or is there any special  procedure?

Jason,

Are you trying to put '70 Cuda fenders on a '72, or vice versa?? If your trying to use '70 fenders, I'll get you some '72s to trade.

Never tried it.  Let me know if they do, that might be the route I'll have to go.

Thanks,

I would like to install a bigger motor, but the only decent way is to modify to a 70 or 71: fenders, tail, grill, etc.

Thanx for replying.

Do you know if the fenders are swapable?

Just purchased it. It's a mess right now, will post pics when it looks a little better.

Jason . . . the fenders are the same and will interchange.  The only difference is the marker light.       Hope this helps!

You can post something here as alot of parts change hands here!!  Other than e-bay, I would consider some of the big shows (Carlisle, Mopar Nationals)  for parts as you can actually see what you are buying!   :dogpile:

bring your bankbook. tail panels have not been reproduced as yet. are nearly impossible to find in good cond.
there is a guy reproducing 71 grilles nice but not cheap. if you're good with 'glas & sheetmetal you can make your own parts.

Here is a NOS tail panel on ebay now. Great piece to have if you wanted to make a 70 out of a 72-74.
