Cheap 14" Trim Rings?
« on: March 22, 2006 - 01:05:53 PM »
So I've been looking around for trim rings for my stock rallies. I'm bead blasting them tonight and repainting them argent silver (14"x5.5"). My center caps are really nice (except 2 of the 4 center caps have been dropped and have very small dents) and I plan on reusing them. However, it looks like my trim rings are thrashed from curbs. Do those cheapy metal trim rings at the auto store fit and look nice? Is there anywhere to get a cheap new set of stock ones? I don't want to pay an arm and a leg.

It depends on how deep your pocket is. With any after-market trim ring, the question will be depth. Is it deep enough to look good, or too deep? I know Year One sells the real deal, but they aren't cheap.
