yes - even my brothers Roadrunner and other Mopars I have seen just had dash "flood" lights with no actual back lighting. I think this was a cheaper solution to dash illumination and I cant remember any other manufacturer using that method

E Bodies are the only Mopar I know of that are lit this way, all other models have the illumination from behind in the cluster.

Those gauges look great!  Especially with the light!  Kindda freaked me out at first as this is the first time seeing white gauges installed in the dash!  Very coool! :thumbsup:

What about the old C-bodies?  It was a long time a go but when I was about 8-9 years old we had a '69 Chrysler Newport and thought they had a similar "glow" on the dash when the lights were on.  Anyone have any idea?

They turned out great!! I love the white faced guages and I bet they are a lot easier to read at night.  Very nice!

Those gauges look great! :thumbsup: First time I've seen rallye gauges with the white face, pretty neat looking!
