Changing fluid on an 833
« on: August 01, 2006 - 10:21:41 AM »
Forgive my ignorance, but how do you add 90w gear oil to an 833? How much does it take?

I don't need to know how to drain it as the leaky rear seal has taken care of that for me. :-)

remove the plug on the passenger side of the tranny , you need a suction gun , like a grease gun with a tube on the end , to suck up the fluid & push it into the tranny , when dry the 833 will hold 4 qts
