anything worth saving from 77 or 78 Cordoba??
« on: March 12, 2006 - 04:39:22 PM »
Are there any good parts that will interchange with other A, B or E body Mopar muscle cars from a 77 or 78 Chrysler Cordoba before it goes to the junkyard?  I was thinking of getting the engine/tranny, steel wheels, and third member(if its a posi).  Will the k member, torsion bars, rearend, or brakes work for anything else?  It is a 400CID car.

What will they work on?  Will the radiator work with any other B bodies?

I think it's a column shift car with a bench seat.  What else will the brakes work on?

Are the ralley mirrors on this car the same as other Mopars?  The top looks the same the base looks like might be a little different.

The mirrors will work but they are not correct and they slant down a bit more when installed on a E-body..   You definitely want the brakes off that car because it all fits and they are usually bigger. Here is a link

I like the window handles better on these cars because they are beefier and nicer looking then the Es.   I have a headliner out of a '79 Dodge Magnum in one of my cars.
