i can't trade it so I'll finish it up
« on: March 20, 2006 - 09:45:02 PM »
Well I tried to trade this last month for a Roadrunner on here, but no takers, so I guess I'll finish it, it's 99% rust free now and I have worked hard on it to get it where it is. I've spent a full year now on the body and have replaced the entire trunk with extensions, both full quarters with Goodmark full OEM quarters, both doors with rust free dent free doors from Georgia, the hood with a goodmark hood, the front valance, the dutchman panel, two front frame rails with factory doner car rails, the tail light panel, both inner front fender panels, a drivers side front fender, a trunk lid from ohio, (Sorry Tropicalcats, I heard you needed one after you sold me your's). And have changed it from a 360 with a 904 to a 440 with a 4 speed and pistol grip. This car has been a long road and I always seem to sell them when they're just about done, I pride myself in my bodywork so I guess maybe it wasn't a bad thing nobody wanted it.  Since these pictures were taken it is ready now for paint. White with a Red bumblebee stripe and a set of Torque thrusts. Could you ask for anything more.   Dave

Nice job!  Wanna come do mine? :jumping: :jumping: :jumping:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Romoving rust on this was a full time job, anybody that wants to see the Goodmark panels, here they are. I would highly recomend them. I had them on in just a couple of days. And the Goodmark hood fit flawlessly. Just incase anyone needed to know. I found a few more progress photos, kinda mixed but I think you can tell the before from the after, I hope.  dave
