I'm afraid I don't know any body shop in your area that could do good work but, here are some things to look for in a good bodyshop. First of all, don't take it to just anybody to do the work. Anybody can "butcher" a car, but not anybody can work metal, fiberglass, brass, etc.... Things to look for are, what kind of materials do they use for doing the body work, ie.. do they work the metal or do they just bondo everything in sight. Also note if they treat the metal with an acid etching primer. This is extremly important because the acid etching primer will keep the metal from rusting under the paint and or bodywork. Also ask them if they dissassemble anything off the car "ie doorhandles, door locks, mirrors, mouldings, chrome trim. This is also very important for that flawless look on the paint job. Last but not least, pitch in a little extra for a sand a buff for that show car look. I know this is probably not the answer you were looking for but, I just so happen to be a bodyman in Florida and specialize in car restorations and show cars. I have had cars from all over the country come to us for restorations and would gladly offer you help and or advice to help you get the look that you want. Hope you the best of luck. DJ
