A guy here in MO. makes those clips. Look on page 89 of the new Mopar Collector Guide and you'll see Wilson Productions Inc. He sells a set of 4 brake clips for 29.99. He is usually in all the back issues too. If you don't have an old issue, call him @ 314-487-3298.
