Dual quad vs Six pack

hey if you were gonna put  anew intake and carb setup on your cars with the intentions of street driveability what would you go with ?? dual quad or six pack setup

I really like the 6 pack , partially as it uses Holley carbs & works great , but it is very hard to justify the cost
 dual quads can work well to But I like the cross rams & holley carbs not an inline system with carter / eddy carbs
 Honestly a single 4 bbl & a good carb will make as much power & retain drivability for a lot less $$

I have never driven a dual quad but man do I LOVE the six pack!

If you are building anything but a hemi and want a multi carb setup, the six bbl is the way to go. As Chryco said, if all you care about is performance, I'd stick with a single 4 bbl carb. If it's a hemi you are building, it's gotta be dual quads! Hemis just dont look right with a single 4bbl IMHO.

Six pac setups have a very unique sound when they open up. That sound of LOTS of air getting sucked into the carbs is awesome.
