Well I finally got this heap back on the road again after a long long time being parked(20 + years). I was up late Friday night getting the last finishing parts of the new front suspension back on so it could have the front end alignment done early Sat. morning. After getting it out of the shop it was CRUISIN TIME
As I was heading out of town I saw some signs for a car show in the parking lot of a sports bar so I pulled in to check it out. It was a small show but with some nice cars. Just as I was about to leave a black 71 cuda (Tripple Black Hemi) a sublime geen 70challenger T/A, a red 70 440-6 cuda and a 67 coronet came motoring in together. What a sight. I had to stay and eventually was able to park mine beside these beautiful cars. Of course I did not have my camera so there is no pictures but what a great way to get back into things. I think I put over a hundred miles on this weekend alone. Sure makes all the past sweat and frustration worth it. Got a few bugs to still work out but then its on to the next phase---got to make it look pretty.
