Okay, here's the pics of the legendary $2500 grille.  The headlight buckets are in the same shape, and the parking lights are nice, except for a little spidering in the lenses, but I have repros...

Very Nice,I didnt know they were repoping lenses, where did you get them?thanks

The repop 1970 Cuda parking lenses seem to be illegal short runs that someone is doing.  Keisler used to sell them years ago, but I got mine on eBay from a seller named "dcange".  She was somewhere in California and had at least 3 sets with $600 buy-it-now.  She listed them as NOS, and maybe they are, but they sure look like they were made yesterday.  I had seen her list them before, but I missed out.  Anyone who can round up that many sets of lenses has GOT to be making them themselves, right?

Anyway, I haven't installed them yet, but they look PERFECT!  No yellowing, spidering, or defects of any kind.  Crystal clear!

I know, I've got a heck of a lot of money invested in cheapo plastic parts on my Cuda, but she deserves it!  She's a convert, after all....

I'm still sort of new at parts scrounging, and concentrating on the things I know are visible, unique, and hard-to-find (like a grille...).

Since I lucked out and wound up coming out of the eighties with a Cuda convert, I guess I owe it to her to get her to showroom condition, then drive her for all she's worth!
