Bottoming out, suspension problems

My 72 challenger w/340 seems to sit a bit low up front. I have not taken measurements yet but when I hit a dip in the road the car may and sometimes does scrape the pavement. Usually the longtube headers, sometimes the 8 quart extra capacity tranny pan or middle part of exhaust. I tried to play with the torsion bar adjusting bolts but to no avail, the car still seems sloppy.  I want the car to be more drivable. I thought of 2 ideas:

1) PST Super Front End kit (polygrapthite), inner tie rods, shocks (KYB or Edlebrock). Do I need new torsion bars and leaf springs as well? Am I missing anything important?

2) Magnum force Kit. http://www.magnumforce.com/store4/magnumforce_kmember.htm If you have never seen this kit check it out! Its pricey, but for all the advantages it has, it may be worth it. I figured might as well do it right!

So which will it be? Keep in mind this car will be driver under 1000 miles per year and see little track time, if any. I also have drum brakes all around and will switch to disc upfront in the future as well. PLEASE HELP!

do the poly bushings & new bars at least .96 in diameter
 The tubular K frame is an awesome Idea but I doubt the light spindle they weld together will take the pounding on the street for long & there is no provision for a sway bar at all & the load is applied to the wrong place on the chassis where it was never designed to take the load & you can bend the frame rails if you do not use a shock tower brace over the top of the engine

If you get the KYB's,  the standard white ones are valved firmer than the GR2 series. The edelbrock IAS series are supposed to be ok, Ebay prices on these are the same (or in some cases more) than what you can buy them at Summit for. Good luck on rebuilding the front end and getting your car handling corrrectly.
