What part of the country are you from?  Have you tried www.craigslist.org

Every so often I'll see 440 stuff there.  On the Boston, MA site, in the area I've seen complete 440 engines for $600, air filter to oil pan, and parts for 440s.  Just have to be patient and stuff may show up.

Here's a listing from last week:  http://boston.craigslist.org/pts/154740998.html

Hope you find something!

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.
