cuda update
« on: May 03, 2006 - 11:54:19 PM »
Unfortunately I was unable to install the engine in the 71 last weekend due to waiting on a can of paint for the engine (ran out), and none of the local dealers had any in stock. But I did get the engine mostly together and the paint finally showed up yesterday afternoon.

Very nice engine, just love it

If you want to route your wire a bit better, just look at the picture below,
it was my engine back in 1996.

Keep going just great.

OK and this leads me to a question.  What is the best way to paint an engine?  I just received my bare block back from my machinist and want to assemble it, when is the best time in the process to apply the paint?
