Starting from scratch with a 440, I'd like to learn everything I can.  What are the best books on the subject?

The reason I ask is because when I was trying to start learning about Holley's, every book I looked at on Amazon had bad or neutral reviews, but then Chryco recommended one, and lo and behold, I have it and think it's an excellent book.  I bought another one (hungry learner), and it's not as good.  So I thought I'd see what you guys think are the best resources.  Thanks a bunch.

Aside from trying to catch one on ebay, where can you buy those?
