shaker hood underside pics needed
« on: May 31, 2006 - 09:23:52 PM »
I am at a Dilema with the shaker hood conversion on the 71 Cuda project.

I'll attach a couple of lousy camera phone pictures of the area that I'm wondering if you could get a nice big original picture of. The underhood brace is just not a high a quality as I was hoping for and doesn't look good right at the very front of the opening in the underside. Looks like it is missing a little material on the underhood brace and should come closer to the hood and shaker trim ring.

Thanks for the help :)

These are of Scott's original shaker....

If these do not work, email me directly and I will go take some LARGE close up pics of my original 70's shaker for you.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I am thinking about getting the conversion kit from Harms... I need figure how the shaker air cleaner assembly goes together though and where I can get the whole setup.  JS27NOB, have you any suggestions?

Scott is on the "Hot Rod POWER TOUR" and will posts some close up pics when he gets back.

I wish I had his life!
