only you know what's under that pretty paint.
An E-body with a "CHERRY" rust-free original Mopar body that bubba didn't
learn how to weld on (or BONDO :22yikes:) in his garage is worth alot of $$$ IMO.

Well first of all, what are yopu gonna do woth the 30K? Look for another car...fine. Don't sell it and then have no hobby. Look at how much time you spend with the car and driving it. What will replace it?

I think 30K is a pretty fair price but you have to live with it when it's gone so you might want to up the price to 35k. That way you could find another and have some funds to put in it and maybe a real big block Cuda.
That is what i am thinking..Or maybe a Challenger. I have a kind of rare 69 340 4 speed Swinger but it is not an E body!! It was my first car and it is not going any where. I personally like the hood plus i needed clearence for my air cleaner. And I didnt feel like shelling out for a real shaker when after all I built the car for myself. But thanks for everyones opinion, no hard feelings about my hood........ :clapping:

Took it down to bare metal and replaced all rusted pans with new. No bondo bucket here....

Man, I don't know about selling a 70 Barracuda that's that clean. Sure it's not a Cuda(wouldn't matter to me though) but the guy bugging you will probably just drop a Hemi into it and make it a 70 Hemi Cuda clone and sell it for a ton more!

IMO this is where you decide if you love the car and want to keep it or if you want to sell it.  It seems to me like you don't know and if I was in this position I would have no clue what to do.  If you want to get a new project or its time for a new ride then do it.  But god that car is so nice....

Unless you've got some real financial need, I'd say keep it. You'll never be able to replace it in-kind for that amount.  If you're intent on selling then I'd say $40k at a min., especially if you've got photos/receipts of the rebuild.

Since there are so few left, I think what it started out as is almost irrelevant to its value, unless it's a numbers matching RT or HEMI.  As long as it's clean and well done.  Yours obviously appears to be both.

As the say run it up the pole & see who salutes. On eBay, who knows, ya might get a lot more, I MEAN A LOT MORE than 30k.  :money:
