Bad alignment.  Unbalanced wheel.  Bad wheel bearing.  Bad tie rod.
There are more possible causes.

Is this something you feel at idle?  If so, could be a bad motor mount, or clearance problems with you exhaust.

Moving or sitting still? in gear or idling in nuetral? does it speed up and slow down with the engine, or with vehicle speed?

That sounds like it could be something with the motor.  Did you have the motor balanced before you installed it or is it original?  Is it possible that your damper has spun a little causing it to become unbalanced?
Really need more info.

I'm not an Expert but it could be a Bad Pilot bearing or a number of thing like everyone has said   :banghead: you are going to be   :pullinghair: until you find it or you are going to have to live with it

I really wasnt too worried about the vibration since the car probably wont get driven much until its gets restored(after my GC is done)but as wondering why.The previous owner did say something about not taking the balancer/flyhweel in when they rebuilt to motor after i pressed him on the rebuild(rookie move but he didnt know any better, probably thought it was a forged crank but is cast in 73 since its the original motor)I thought it might be something easy to fix.Its only real bad when the idle is set too high and seems to run fine when driving.
thanks

If it is gone when driving, I'd say it's a tuning issue. Maybe a weak cylinder or bad wire. A forged crank convertor, and cast crank will rattle your fillings loose at 3K rpm, whether or not there is a load on it.
