The Big Girl's photo shoot
« on: May 08, 2006 - 09:43:59 PM »
Sunday afternoon was the photo shoot for "The Big Girl". My 74 Pontiac convert! It was a great day to put the top down and the tunes up. I met with Tom Glatch who as it turns out does quite a bit of car magazine photography. He was nice enough to show me some samples of his work. From antiques to some really cool MOPARS. Including a 70 GTX still with it's original owner!  :faint:  Anyway Tom took shots from all angles inside and out. Thank God I detailed EVERYTHING! He also had some prior issues of Collectible Automobile magazine (which he let me keep)which IMO is  more of a "high end" publication. Heavy glossy paper throughout. And great pic's of all kinds of rides including a "Car Spotter" section which reminds me of a cars in barns type of thing. Anyway the publisher says this should be in their October issue. Time will tell........    :cooldancing:

Those cars are fun. I had a '73 Grandville 2 door. It had the 455, power everything and really screamed down the freeway. Same color as your vert.

Whenever my wife and I went on a "date" that's the car we would take.
