« on: September 06, 2004 - 10:42:04 PM »
well i have been lookin for a good cuda to restore and found it. went to the guys house yesterday and checked the vin and found out that it is a 70 cuda 440 6-PAK lol.
this car is 100% original. dana 60, single racing mirror, ralley everything.so i went and asked the guy if he would like to sell it, thought i might have an advantage being 15 but he wont sell it. asked why and it was his kids and when his son moved out shortly later he died and he wont ever sell he said

Hope you like this neglected mopar story
I know i am mad all most made me cry

That is the oldest story in the book ::)

Anyway, that car could the holy grail of finds but I bet it would be out of range price wise anyhow
Get a nice Duster or Valiant and go wild on it.
One of those A-bodies can be 9/10s of a 'CUDA or Challengers performance anyway.
The best part is you will learn how these cars go together and have a blast driving it

I'd watch that one.  Need to be in the right place at the right time!! As soon as he comes to peace with the death of his child, I believe he will part with the car.  But right now that is how he is still holding on!  :-\  Sad story all around.   :P
