AAA has collector car insurance with no mileage limits, agreed value coverage, although indoor storage is required.

I've never had a problem insuring my Cuda and Charger for agreed value, with no mileage limits, as long as they are not being parked on the street.  $75k on the Cuda, $50k on the Charger.
What kind of proof do they want to prove your car is always stored in the garage? What if you park it in your driveway during the day or backyard and something happens, or you take it to a friends house or the store and someone hits it while your inside? Are they going to reject your claim?
Also how do you agree to a value? My car needs alot of work now, but as things get replaced and repaired it's going to be worth alot more, I know it's worth more than what I paid for it.

Just ask for a stated value policy.  The more you state it for, the more you pay.

If it's stolen, they will ask from where and you will need a police report.  If it was from home, they will want to see the aftermath from the break in to the garage.

If the car is not stolen from home or from a car show will it be covered?

Just wondering, do you enjoy working on cars? Would you be able to work on a Viper? Maintaining may be more expensive than a 70's e-body

Since vipers share most of the same maintenance pieces that the Ram does it turns out that they are equally cheap to maintain. In fact my V10 Ram is exactly $94 more expensive than the viper right now because of a throttle body sensor going bad. Brakes, brake pads, oil, all filters, rotors, wires - all pennies compared to the maintenance costs of a Vette or Porsche.

Cody can attest to the fact that I have completely disassembled my viper down to the frame, including interior. With the exception of expected tools (like the steering wheel puller) I have done all the work myself, alone in my garage, with a 50pc craftsman tool set. For reference my BMW required two specialized tools just to removed the head.

I'm in negotiations for a used creampuff (non-forged internals) complete motor for $2500. I've seen good Gen3 short blocks go for $900 on ebay.

The only things truely expensive on a viper are: Initial price, tires, and insurance. Depending on how ebay savvy you are, everything else is pretty mild considering.
