« on: June 05, 2006 - 11:40:36 PM »
I'm wiring my challenger for a msd and the key power must be wired to a acessory power, one that does not cut out when starting the car, any ideas so far all acessory powered wires i have put a test light on cut out when starting.  Any help would be awesome.

Dk Blue is the run wire & Brown is the start wire , both go to the ballast resister , you will need to tie both togehter & hook them to the MSD trigger wire

I had a stupid mechanic connect a negative wire to the position terminal on the coil.. He didn't tell me and thought he was fixing something because the wire was sitting there loose.. Next time I go to start the car the MSD6AL has smoke pouring out of it. grr
