My 70 was an original B 5 Blue and now it is in violet metalic (Purple).

There were more original Plum Crazy purple Challengers than any other color in 1970. For cuda's in 1970 it was FE5 red.

Puzzled as to the E's B's F's and other letters in front of the paint codes.
Example FC7 or C7....is that the same color?

F stands for the year the color first came out, which in this case would be 1970. G is a 71 color and E would be a 1969 color.
