Stripe Delete Super Bee?
« on: June 20, 2006 - 09:04:05 AM »
Buddy of mine bought a '69 Bee, B5 blue, white vinyl top, matching #'s, 4 sp.  Very nice car and about to be up for sale (evilbay).  Fender tag shows it as a stripe delete car (currently has white stripe).  Have searched, but can't get any ideas on how many Bees came like this.  Anyone have any ideas on how rare this is?

I can't give you a number but would bet that it's not that rare to have a stripe delete Bee.

Car is up on e bay as of yesterday.  Current bid is $20,501.  Never was able to find out exactly how rare the stripe delete was; maybe one of the bidders will chime in with some info.

Thanks,

Scott
