I would set it up like TACman says, HI-PO Street. IF you use tha Competition level on the street, it will shift HARD all the time, even just lightly cruising around. The Hi-po street, still uses the throttle pressure lever and that determines how hard to shift. When lightly driving , it will still shift firm. When the throttle is nailed, it will shift HARD.
The Competition level, has you remove the govenor springs and throttle pressure rod, (kick-down) . It will also stay in any gear like a manual valve body. You wont like it and you'll need a neck brace for yourself and your passengers.
