3 Speed Wiper Motor Question...

I just got my 71 Cuda back from the body shop and started the fun task of reassembly.  I installed the wiper motor and wiper arm movement assemblies but I need to know what goes on the back of the wiper motor to hold the arm to the pivot pin on the wiper motor. The pivot has a small groove near the end.  Is it some sort of cotter pin.  I am a little stumped at this point and of course the pictures I took before dissassemby don't show that part of it. Any help would be appreciated.

while you are in the neighborhood of the cowl trough, what goes in the holes on the cowl screens? I know they snap in place with the tangs and all but it looks like there are holes for screws or plastic push pins or something. What did you have in yours?

Little black phillips screws looks like a #6 about 1/2 long.

cool - pan headed or small head or? There are no impressions on my screens that would indicate there was anything there at all

What year car / screens Mike? 1970 and 1971 used screws, not sure about later years.

Its a 72' Cuda. Like I said, it doenst look like there was ever anything there but I would like to fill the holes you know

Mine are pan head but I have a 1970 so a 72 may be different.

Sounds like you have the earlier screens which is possible for a 72.  Chrysler did away with the screws to appease bean counters.

Mike, My 70 Chall has screws but my 72 Cuda and 74 Chall use the pop-in screens without screws at all.
