lokar transmission kickdown help

 I just picked up a Lokar Cable kickdown setup from someone on line. How do you adjust it? Do I adjust it so at full throttle the kickdown lever is pulled all the way back? Or do I adjust it so as soon as the throttle moves the kickdown lever moves, but at full throttle, the kickdown lever on the tranny still has a little more movement left.
 It's just not barking second like it used to.

Mine is WOT = All the way back. Mine's still barkin 3rd  :biggrin:

 It's just not barking second like it used to.
That is your clue that it is not adjusted tight enough.

 Thanks guys, that's what I figured, I just wanted to make sure I didn't overdue anything and risk ruining my tranny.
