  When traveling through our state you are considered a "tempory" citizen, and since our politicians can't pose some kind of tax on you they will get their money from you through tickets, such as speeding (as little as 5 mph over), stop sign violations ( hey but I clocked your wheel rotation at .0000005 mph, ya didn't stop buster), and seat belt violutiions, now here I will support them, it's our (state) law and you ought to have enough brains to use them anyway, so please buckle up and save $50.00. You want me to continue?

  I have a sister in Cleveland, and she always warns me to watch my speed on the Ohio turnpike when I go to visit her.

State patrol usually doesnt hassle you unless you go at least 10 MPH over the speed limit or you give them a reason to pull you over. I do know that a couple of highway patrol are auto enthusiast so they might pull you over just to look at your car.
