After a local Radiator shop quoted me $200-$300 to fix my radiator, I just went to the local Pick and Pull last Sunday.  I found a small block 77 Grand Fury with a 26" 3-core radiator with a fan shroud.  It fit nicely in my 340 Cuda after drilling mounting holes to match my radiator support.  A 3 core and shroud for $37.00.  Can't beat that.    The top tank is skinnier that the old Cuda tank but who cares, you were going aftermarket aluminum anyway.

That's where I got mine.

I'm into it about $550.00

I just got one of those, I got the direct fit one. It's made by Northern (http://northernfactory.com) I got the model 5071. About $300.00 from summit delivered. Also it is sold by Universal on ebay. They show it there all set up with the fans ($550.00).

Some things to condsider.
1) Fan setup? Your existing shroud setup will not work. There is only 3 7/8" between the 440 waterpump nose and this radiator. So a single electric most likely will not fit. I added the 2 fan setup and aluminum shroud from universal. Then you need to add in for the relays and controller. For the fans and the controllers, this adds on about another 300.00.
2) You will need to change over the trans lines. they hook up on the side tank, instead of the bottom.
3) You may need to upgrade your alternator and wiring. The 2 fans pull about 15 amps. So at idle in gear, you will have a power shortage.

I looked on ebay, seen some universal ones, the car came with a pretty big trans cooler, I have a flex fan, same one my dad runs on his vette, plus he uses an aux electric fan, for heavy traffic.. he dont get as much airflow as I do. it flattens at high rpm, it's a wide blade fan. my radiater had a lot of tubes cut out, and hardly seen 200 degrees in heavy traffic... so I know i'll be good with the aluminum rad, without going over board on fans... to much cash, when you add that into an aluminum radiater..

I got the one for the Vette from Summit. It works fine. Also, another one I got from Summit came damaged and they took it back no problem. Some other might leave you fighting it out with UPS of whoever. They damage very easily. I paid $600.00 for the one in the vette which is a cheap insurance policy for not burning up a good engine, not to mention the stress caused when that gauge starts creeping up!

my dad could of bought a  385 stroker with dyno spec sheet included, 471hp with 515ft lbs of tq. but instead he had them build the short block, got a list of there part numbers for that particular engine, and then bought 195cc AFR HEADS instead of the 190cc, and jumped the comp from 10.1 to 10.51 and got a larger cam, third time stopming on it at 30plus mph, he sheared of the rearend mount..  he cut there build cost out.. and markup on parts..

I think Summit sells a generic 26" aluminum radiator for <$200. They are pretty bare as I recall with no brackets, no drain petc0ck, no trans cooling, etc.

I think Goody put one in his car. I am thinking of switching over to aluminum depending on how my engine behaves once I get the AC operating

Funny I just read this after installing the Summit direct fit aluminum this weekend w/ a 3000 cfm zirgo fan.  Seems to be working great.  I had a little problem with a leaking overflow hose that got cut on the install, but I was driving in 100+ degree heat yesterday, ran into almost every stop light on the way home, and the highest the temp got was 210.   ???  (I am still trying to figure out if that is high or not) Seems to be pretty good.  The whole setup cost around $400.
