If the car was ordered from overseas, it was tagged as an export car. Most of them never left the states. So, say a Navy sailor was in port at Saigon and he went and ordered a new Challenger through Crysler's Military Sales Program. At the time of order, he could have picked a dealership in the US to have it delivered to so he could pick it up on his return. San Diego was a popular point of return, I have seen a few export cars now with N95 California emmisions. If you have a broadcast sheet the Y code for Military order should be there if it was a Military order.
Production numbers for Export cars are not known, if they exist I have not seen them yet.
