Need some help!! password problem

A friend of mine signed up here and now he cant log back in. He made a post and went to go back in and edit it but couldnt get back in. He tried to retreive his password but he said the retreival part isnt working. I gave him Rev-It-Ups email address and he said he didnt get any response. His username is Augie can someone help him out please??  That seems kind of unusual that nothing seems to work for him. Thanx

That happened to me recently too, I had to delete my cookies and then I was able to get back in.
