Hi guys
Can anyone help with a photo of the rear window opening on a 1970 Challenger . After some rust repairs all the holes for the window molding clip screws have disappeared. I need a photo that shows the location of the clips so I can finish off my car.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
Cheers SoS

Thanks man that's exactly what I needed, I really appreciate the effort you went to. One thing though, your pics show only one clip location on the bottom edge of the opening, are you sure that's correct?
Thanks again

I checked for any other signs of holes, or clips on the bottom, and I found none.
Only the one in the center.
I can check after work today to see if my mouldings show any signs of other clips other than what I have found already.
I'll keep ya posted

Hey Sidney, I checked my rear window trim, and I came up with no evidence of more than the one clip on the bottom, (it took a while to find the trim, as you can see I'm very organized
)
I did check the Challenger service manual, and I'll pass along what I came up with. It leads me to believe that mine was hacked no doubt a while back (no wonder the rear trim never stayed on
) So take what you can use from it, and once again good luck man

Hi Headkace & NZ440
Thanks for the pics, if I'm reading that manual extract right I need 15 retainers around the rear glass which means Headkace's car is missing a few.
Hey Kiwi great carve up of the Wallabies by your AB's shame about the guy caught on camera having a nervous wee on the sideline before the game. I thought he was stretching until I saw him give his willy a shake.

Actually he was just getting a nice spot ready for after the game to rub the 20 point bashing in your face with.
Be a good game Saturday when you take on the SpringBoks......
