Stainless trim for 70 grill - available??
« on: July 13, 2006 - 06:04:09 PM »
My grill has just been restored and while I'm told it looks great, the lower stailess trim (which was previously damaged) didn't come up so great and lets down the quality of the rest of the work.  now I was under the impression that replacement trim was not easy to come by but thought I had better ask again and see if anyone has some ideas.  I haven't checked Ebay yet (will tonight) but my preference was for repro stuff so it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Which part of the lower grill do you mean? I have the lower grill piece that surrounds the grill and was going to put it on ebay tomorrow.

G'day 70challengerrt, I'm after the lower thin stainless/chrome strip that presses on to the outside edge of a 70 cuda grill - the other sections (upper and both headlight bucket trims are fine).  If you have a good piece I would certainly be interested.  PM me or email me at mark@depot.com.au   Cheers, Mark.

BTT - still chasing any info on SS trim for 7 cuda grill.  I actually need the upper centre piece - anyone have a piece for sale or know where I could get one?

This is a long shot, but call and see what they have.....

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.
