    Are hood hinges different in different years? If so, is the difference cosmetic or functional?

    They are all the same.  Fiberglass hoods used lighter (less tension) hood hinge springs.

    They all function the same but I think there are two different styles.

    On www.smsmopar.com they have three different pictures for Ebody hood hinges. They are...

    1970
    1971-72
    1973-74

    I did not know that there were any differences.  I have asked SMS how to identify the diifferent years of hinges.  I will post their answer when I recieve it.
