new hemi Old Challenger

I'm building a 440 for the Chally....but I'm thinking about the 5.7 hemi  (don't ask me why) anyone here running one?   how difficult was it to swap in?  transmissions?   wiring?  FI or carbed?  pros or cons?  total costs> cool factors?
