i think those are the a-arms, the part where the torsion bars mount to as does the shock absorber. i was wonderin if anyone can tell me how to adjust that properly.

turn the bolt clockwise to raise the car ,counterclockwise to lower it

Make sure you put the Left & Right torsion bars on the correct side as they are not functionaly interchangealbe (look for L & R on the ends)
