Selling for a friend, 440/400
« on: July 27, 2006 - 02:53:40 PM »
Hi,
I have a friend who has too many projects, and is making room. He's selling a later date block, fully rebuilt. Deck plate used on a .030 over, and 10/10 crank. He's asking $500, complete motor. He's got a set of block hugger headers if interested, heads are 452's. Stock rebuild, nothing special, if interested, let me know. He's got a transmission, 727 I'm pretty sure of, I think he's letting it go with it. Intake that came with the motor is a spread bore, with adapter plate for square flange. I think the motor is a truck block, about a '77 block. For more info, let me know, and I'll pass it on.

Also, has a 400, also about a '77 block, was in a truck. Had a manual tran's, clutch set up is still bolted on. Condition of motor is unknown. Has been in the weather. He's asking $50. Motor doesn't have manifolds on it.

I don't think delivery is available on either motor, but I will ask if anyone is interested.

Since I don't know where you are at, figure about how long of a drive it is to Albany GA, and add about 10 minutes to the drive.
