Given my experience with Eastwood, I would think they got it right. I bought Rally wheel paint that was correct. They are a couple of $$ cheaper than Totally Auto too.  It's interesting that they mentioned using a clear-coat over top of it.  :thinkerg:  I might have to try that. Just to add something though, there was both a light and dark argent, so I'm not sure what is correct for your grill.

I`m not sure it would be correct for my `72 grille but may try and see how it looks in the lighter shade anyway.I have also been happy with Eastwoods products so I bet it`s decent stuff.I may be just have be the testor for it and let you guys know ow it works.  :2thumbs:

I considered a clear coat also, but having used alot of zolotone in the past, the clear zolotone top coat would be my preference. Its a Hard clear cover that will protect against rock chips.

Yeah, it'll fly.... Litterally. I had a can that I bought at last fall Carlisle, was toting it around in a plastic bag. The bottom of the bag broke and the can hit the ground, snapping the spray nozzle off. The thing flew around in the aisle for about 10 seconds and managed to work its way into somebodys parts display. It looked to be correct as we were cleaning the guys parts that it got all over!! :roflsmiley:
