    electric gurus- ever fixed a temp guage???

    Anyone ever fixed a temp guage from a rally dash?  The thin wire is broken or burned and I would like to repair it.      Thanks

    I tried , it seems the thin wire is tungstun , it will not solder on , the factory used some kind of glue that doesn`t insulate the connection
