I filmed the video.  YOU HAVE TO HAVE QUICKTIME DOWNLOADED TO PLAY IT.  If you have quicktime, the put-file website maybe experiencing problems.  Since it is a free upload server, they will probably limit the bandwidth for the video on a daily basis.  Anyway, the car he was racing was an 01 WS6 Trans am that had CNC'ed LS6 Heads, comp custom grind cam, around .610 lift I believe, 3800 stall, and a 3.73 gear.  Joe, the owner of the challenger said it fell flat on its face at the 1/8 mile mark and thats when the trans am went by him.  The car was running rich on the top end of the track.  He had an awesome launch though.   ;D

:roflsmiley:  :roflsmiley:  Oh, there is definately NO challenge going out to the beast for a race!!  That would be a complete slaughter! :grinyes:

 :iagree: :iagree:

The fun of running it down the track isn't how your car stacks up against the car in the other lane, it is the thrill of a 1/4 mile full throttle pass.   If you enjoy full throttle jaunts on the street, you will absolutely love the strip.   :burnout:   Plus it gives you the opportunity to make a pass, change the tuning a little and assess the changes in the E.T.  Let's you tune it up right instead of the old seat-of-the-pants deal of--"I think it runs better, but I'm not sure".  When you are on the clock, you will know if the car liked the change or not....  Just my 0.02...

RED LINE don't listen to him, OS is just trying to get you to overheat before he lines up against you.  :stirpot:
